Every field except Address, Cross St and Notes must be searched with an exact search term to match. For example, searching for '15' in the 'Reference Number' field will not match a record with '157259' in this field, but searching for '15' in the address field will match '15 Maple Dr', 'Hwy. 15', or '15 Briarwood Lane'. This behavior is designed to provide precise results from your searches while being flexible where needed.
